Privacy Policy
1 hour before launch, because we had to
1. Data We Collect (and what we definitely do NOT do)
Reforma collects only the information that is genuinely necessary to run the product in a responsible and predictable way. This includes basic account details, usage information, integration metadata, and diagnostic data generated while Reforma analyzes content or code you intentionally provide.
We do not crawl your repositories, we do not quietly mirror your projects, and we do not store secrets, tokens, passwords, or credentials living inside your work. Unless you explicitly allow access, your full repositories remain exactly where you left them. From time to time we may store anonymized performance data to improve accuracy and reliability, but this data cannot be traced back to you, your company, or your questionable folder naming conventions.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used for one reason only: to make Reforma work. That means generating structured insights, creating explanations, supporting documentation flows, and improving the overall quality of the system.
Your information is never used to train public AI models and never leaves isolated systems dedicated to your account. We may look at aggregated, anonymous trends to improve the product. For example, if a surprising number of users struggle with a specific pattern, we improve detection. If everyone struggles to fully understand the BYQ Framework, we accept that as a natural law of the universe. Even Ariel admits that something can be simple and still confusing, especially when he designed it himself.
3. How Your Data is Stored & Protected
All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using modern industry standards. Access to production systems is limited to essential team members and protected by role based permissions, logging, and internal reviews. Backups are handled carefully and stored in secure, geographically separated environments. Your code and content are never exposed publicly and never leave Reforma’s controlled infrastructure.
We treat your work with more respect than Ariel treats his Figma files, which says a lot, because those require emotional preparation and a strong coffee before opening.
4. Your Rights & How to Manage Your Data
You remain fully in control of your data at all times. You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your information whenever you like. You can remove uploaded files, limit processing for sensitive materials, or delete your account entirely. When you do, Reforma removes your personal data and analysis artifacts unless retention is legally required. There are no penalties for leaving. Reforma will let you go calmly and professionally. Ariel might take it personally if you stop using his templates, but that is between him and his therapist.
Your code, content, and all outputs generated by Reforma remain yours. Always. We do not claim ownership, reuse your work, or quietly admire your structure while pretending it was our idea. Reforma only processes what you choose to provide and exists to support your work, not extract value from it.
If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us. A real human will respond. Possibly tired. Definitely honest.
