Brochure and report design, Essex and UK-wide

Reports and brochures people actually read.

Annual and impact reports, brochures, prospectuses, white papers and proposals from a two-person design studio in Manningtree. We make long documents easy to read and good to hold, in print or on screen.

Annual and impact reports

For charities, B Corps and businesses that want to show what they've achieved, with charts and stories that make the numbers land.

Brochures and prospectuses

For schools, nurseries, venues and businesses that need something warm and persuasive to hand over or send.

White papers and proposals

Expert documents that look as credible as the thinking inside them, and proposals that help you win the work.

Print, PDF and templates

Print-ready files, accessible PDFs and editable templates in InDesign, Word or PowerPoint so your team can carry on.

Why Mammoth

A good report or brochure gets read to the end. A bad one gets skimmed, filed and forgotten, however much work went into it. The difference is nearly always the design: clear structure, room to breathe, and pictures and charts that do some of the explaining.

We’re Stew and Chris, a two-person design studio in Manningtree. Chris spent years designing national and international magazines before we started Mammoth, so long documents and tight deadlines are home ground. You deal with the two of us directly from start to finish.

Documents we’ve designed

We designed the Annual Impact Report 2024-25 for Society, a certified B Corp executive search firm, a series of white papers for Unibloom, a climate platform founded by people from Unilever, Ben & Jerry’s and Bloomberg, and a warm, welcoming prospectus for Little Spring Wonders, a Chelmsford nursery. For All Leaders, we designed a company overview that sets out its services, track record and client testimonials.

Made for print and screen

Most documents now get read on a laptop or phone as often as on paper. We design so they work both ways: print-ready files for the printer, and a lighter PDF that’s easy to email, share and read on screen.

How it works

  1. Send us the content, or what you’ve got so far. Rough is fine.
  2. Get a fixed price and a timeline before anything starts.
  3. See a few sample pages first, so you know where it’s heading.
  4. Review the full draft and give feedback as we go.
  5. Get print-ready and digital files, plus a template if you want one.

Need a pitch deck too? See our pitch deck design page, browse all our work or send us a message.

Got one in mind? Tell us what you need and we'll come back within a working day with a fixed price.

Good questions

How much does a report or brochure cost?

Every document gets a fixed price before we start, based on the number of pages, how ready the content is and whether you need help with the words. Tell us your budget and we'll be honest about what it can get you.

How long does it take?

Many documents take one to three weeks, depending on length and how ready the content is. Annual reports with lots of data can take a little longer. Tell us your deadline early and we'll plan around it.

Do you handle printing?

We prepare everything properly for print and can recommend and liaise with trusted printers, so you don't have to worry about bleed, colour or paper stock.

Can you make charts and infographics?

Yes. Turning numbers into charts and diagrams people understand at a glance is one of our favourite parts of the job.

Can our team update it next year?

Yes. We can set the document up as a template in InDesign, Word or PowerPoint, so next year's version is quicker, or we can simply do it again for you.

Can you work from our existing brand?

Yes. A lot of our document work is for organisations with an established brand. We'll follow your guidelines and help tidy things up if there aren't any.
